1. Definitions

The Institute offers accredited training programs, diplomas, and developmental courses, both in-person and online.

The Institute is committed to providing training materials and certificates as officially announced.

3. Registration & Admission

Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration.

The Institute reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration in case of inaccurate information.

Registration is only confirmed after payment of the registration fee and signing the official registration form for the program.

4. Fees & Payment

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Tuition fees must be paid according to the policies outlined in the registration form.

Trainees are required to settle all fees according to the specified payment schedule.

No refunds are permitted once the program has started, except in cases determined by the Institute in accordance with its internal policies.

5. Registration Form

The registration form includes full program details (duration, fees, withdrawal policies, and required attendance percentage).

By signing the registration form, the trainee acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions.

The registration form is considered a binding document complementary to these Terms & Conditions.

6. Trainee Rights

To receive high-quality training in accordance with the announced program plan.

To obtain an accredited certificate upon successful completion of requirements.

To have their personal data protected in accordance with this policy.

7. Trainee Obligations

To comply with the Institute's internal regulations and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

To meet the required attendance percentage for program completion.

To maintain professional and respectful conduct within classrooms and online platforms.

Not to copy, share, or redistribute training materials without prior written consent from the Institute.

8. Intellectual Property

All training materials and digital content are the property of the Institute.

Copying, photographing, or publishing without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: The Institute collects personal data (name, phone number, email, payment method) solely for registration and communication purposes.

• Data Usage: Data is used to provide training services, issue certificates, and share relevant offers.

• Data Protection: The Institute is committed to safeguarding personal data and will not share it with third parties unless required by official authorities or law.

• Trainee Rights: Trainees have the right to request modification or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting the Institute's administration.

The Institute bears no liability for misuse of training content by the trainee.

11. Amendments

Continued use of the Institute's services after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
